初めて投稿させていただきます。
わたくしはサンフランのレジデンスに住んでいる、学生です。
実はこのたび、アパートメントにひっこうそうかと思っています。
でも、まだ自分の英語力に自信がなく細かい話などを日本語でご相談できる不動産屋さん、大家さんを探しています。
アパートメントの場所はダウンタウンやノブヒルあたりが希望です。
もし、素敵な不動産屋さんや大家さんをご存知のお方が居られましたらぜひ、お教えいただけないでしょうか。

本で見たのですが、遠東不動産４１５−６０６−３２６５はサンフランシスコ内の日系の不動産やさんですよ。

昼間会社に勤めていて、夜も週に数日バイトしてます。
さらにサイドビジネスも最近始めました・・・今年中になにか面白いことしたいと思ってます。
例えば会社を起こしたりとか、なにかお金儲けしたいです。
そこで、同じようなことを考えてる人がいたら、意見聞きたいです。

３日前に３ヶ月付き合った彼女に突然もう付き合えない、いままでありがとうと言われてしまいました。理由は友達、学校関係、将来の就職プランが忙しく、僕のことを考えたり、take careする余裕かないとの言うことでした。一ヶ月前には、それでも僕は大丈夫だし、こっちが支えていくつもりだと伝え、落ち着いたように思ったのですが。。。
ぼくはいま両親の離婚、慕っていた祖父、叔父の他界などが重なり、精神的にまいっていて彼女に相談しようとした矢先のことでした。今また大事な人に去られたら、どうしていいかわかりません。今度の月曜に会って話す予定で、僕はまだ彼女を愛しているし、よりを戻したいと思っています。いま僕はなにが出来て何をするべきなのでしょうか。

今はつらいかもしれないと本当思います。私も過去に何度もそんな経験があり、なんで？なんで？と思っていました。でも治る薬といえば＃１０さんがいうとおり、時がたつしかないのかもしれませんね。頑張ってください。応援しています。

なんで１に謝る必要があるの？それおかしいじゃん。別に俺は｢偉い人」とか「お礼を求めてる」っていう意味で書いてるんじゃない。
困ったり悩んだ時に相談の投稿をして、それに対して皆が何らかの意見を言う。時にはすごく親身になって解答する時あるじゃん。
で、その後、どうなったとか何らかの返信をするのって礼儀でしょ。＃12の解釈の仕方って屈折してるよ。それか子供だよ。

私は未だに元彼が忘れられない・・・
付き合った期間は１より短いのになぜ？

みなさん色々とすいません、しばらく日本に帰国しており忙しかったもので報告遅れました。
結局彼女とは別れました。原因は彼女が忙しくなる、僕が隠し事をした、別れを告げた翌日に彼女のところに行かなかったからです。隠し事というのは僕の家族の問題を彼女の負担にさせたくないから話してなかったのですが、彼女はそれはおかしいと。
別れの翌日僕は彼女のところに行くつもりでしたが、行かなかったのは、水をコンビニで買ってさぁ行くぞという時に駐車場で車に当てられて３日間ほどベッドから動けなかったからです。電話もしばらく掛けられなく、彼女に電話したときにはもう彼女自身で決めていたようです。だから事故のことを伝えても無駄だと思い、何も伝えず別れました。
それと僕が家族問題の相談を彼女の親友Aに相談していたのです。それを彼女に言ったら、Aは彼女を通じて知りあったんだから僕の友達ではない、なのにどうして相談したの？と納得いかない責められ方をされ、これが別れの大きな原因になったようです。彼女のことを思って伝えなかったと言っても理解してもらえず別れに至りました。
しばらく立ち直るのに時間はかかると思いますが、みなさん色々アドバイスありがとうございました。

非常にまれなケースになりますが、日本以外の諸外国で日本のパスポートを作った人で、ビザのいらない観光目的でアメリカに入国しようとする人が対象です。そのような古いパスポートをお持ちの方はよく上記のサイトを読んでください。

アメリカ（ＬＡ）にいる日本人の方、大体給料ってどれくらいもらってます？この掲示板は学生の方が多いみたいだけど、自営業者や駐在員の方以外、アメリカで一から就職した方の給与水準に関心があります。
私は｢人生、金じゃない｣って最終的に思いアメリカに渡りましたが、この国で「所詮金だ」って痛感しています。でもＬＡに腐るほどいる日本人を見ていてもアメリカ人と同等以上に給料をもらっている人ってそんなにいないように感じます。
現実として、企業で働くと言う条件下で、年収で１００Ｋ(約1000万円）ほどもらってる人っています？このレベルは我々外国人には厳しいものなのでしょうか？ちょっとお聞かせ下さい。

現在アメリカ系企業にいます。サラリーは５０Ｋからのスタートでした。アメリカでマスターの学位を取り、日米両方で就職活動をし、当然日本でのオファーの方が断然よかったのですが、アメリカで自分を試してみたくこちらに残りました。
日本(東京)と比べれば物価は安い方なので５０Ｋでもそれなりに楽な生活は出来ますが、正直少なすぎると思っています。やはり起業するしかないと思い始めています。
