According to the HMSA link below, the company's share is 50% or more.
Except for certain union agreements, the law requires employers to contribute at least half of the premium cost for single coverage.

The next sentence states that the employee must contribute the remaining amount, not to exceed 1.5% of salary.
The employee must contribute the rest as long as their share is not more than 1.5% of their wages.

Maybe the 50% premium amount is greater than 1.5% of pon's salary. I think that would mean that you are currently paying too much.

I don't work because I have money ＝ I don't do nothing
If I don't have to work and my life is stable, I put 100% effort into housework and childcare, which is a great job.
If I had the choice to be a man and just work and put in my paycheck and they would do everything else
I would choose that without hesitation.
