何か誤解してませんか。
強制送還の対象は「ギャングのメンバーや麻薬密売人など、犯罪歴がある人々、そうした人々は200万、ひょっとしたら300万人になるかもしれないが、我々はそれらの人々を国外追放するか、または逮捕するつもりだ」とコメントしているようです。

違法オーバー滞在 違法資格外就労は罪に問われないんですね。
日本では資格外労働でバー、クラブなどで入管が摘発して強制送還しています。
工場でも違法滞在労働者は同様です。
アメリカでは今まではお目こぼしだったのでしょうか？
クラブで知り合い金品と引き替えの交際は違法です。（犯罪でもあります）
フランスやドイツは合法ですが。。
まあ２０１７年になったらわかるでしょう。

不法滞在者全員からギャングのメンバーや麻薬密売人など、犯罪歴がある人々が先になったのでしょう。
でも安心しているよりいつ手のひら返しになるかわからないので十分注意が必要でしょう。
２０１７年１月２０日の就任式までは大きな動きはないと思われる。
