I watched the video.　If the meat is that small, you could probably do it in a little over an hour
I'm talking about when you make a large portion roast beef to serve at a small party or something that would fit the 4Q that the Lord is talking about.　If you're making it with the slow cook function, I usually give it at least 5 hours.
If you do it in the oven, it takes less than 3 hours
