LAカウンティから手紙が来て、
あなたの地所は Urban Agriculture Incentive Zone Program というのに参加する資格があります。
申込書など、詳しくはウェッブページを、とありました。
それによると、都市生活者が新鮮な野菜果物を育てられるように少々の土地を貸与する代わりに、タックスをいくらか減額してもらえるとのことです。
プログラムの期間は最低限５年間。
その主旨以外に、手入れのされていない荒れた土地を放置したり、不法な事に使われるのを防ぐ意味もあるそうです。
ということは、うちの前庭は手入れがされていませんよ、ということなのか…。
このような連絡を受けた方はいらっしゃいますか。
