Vivinavi Hawaiiセキュリティーデポジットが返却されない

約１ヶ月半前に帰国したのですが、住んでた家のセキュリティーデポジットが返却されなくて困っています。
２週間前に連絡したら送ったと言われてたのですが、まだ届いていません。電話しても「担当者が不在」と言われます。
抗議できる方法など分かる方がいらっしゃいましたら教えていただけますでしょうか。

やりとりしているのは日系の管理会社ですか？送ったというのは、郵送でしょうか？
もし郵送なら、トラッキング番号があるかなどを聞いたらどうでしょうか？ないと言われたら、そこまでですが。。。
あと、担当者不在というのは逃げてる感があるので、強めに言ったほうがいいです。
