長年に渡って自分勝手な理由をつけて他社のWebコンテンツを勝手に搾取しているサイトがあります。これを告発する方法を調べています。コンテンツ専門の弁護士さん等なにがご存知でしたらご助言をお願いします。

（誤字訂正しました。失礼しました。）
ある人（以下、甲）が、ある会社（以下、乙）に雇って貰われていたときに、ある別の個人（以下、丙）にインタビューを行って記事（Webコンテンツ）を書きました。甲は乙を退社後、「丙の了解を得た」という理由で、その記事を甲のサイトに流用してしています。しかし、甲は当時、乙から給料を貰っていたのですから、その記事の著作権は乙に属すると考えるのが常識だと思います。著作権法の専門家に相談する、甲が属する経営塾の本部に通知する、といった意見をいろいろ頂いておりますが、他にアイディアがありましたら、是非よろしくお願いいたします。

サイトの更新履歴の主なものはhttp://www.archive.org/にすべて残ります。
それを基に権利違反を扱うところがあります。
弁護士さんの個人事務所の他に会社の部門としてもあったと思います。

書類数×文字数×掲載期間
といった式を使って比較考量しますので
文字数と文字数の変化と掲載期間をカウントしておくといいです。
ここに係数をかけて金額などを算出するわけです。
