はじめまして。 妊娠判定で陽性がでて喜んでいるのもつかの間、日本語の通じる、アナハイムのチャン先生は引退したと聞き、どこの産婦人科にお世話になろうか困ってます。
周りにこちらでチャン先生以外で出産した方以外の情報がなく、日本語が通じなくてもどなたか評判のいい産婦人科ご存じないでしょうか?保険はPPOです。

ラクーンさん、ヘロへろさん情報ありがとうございます。つわりが始まり、一日中嘔吐ばかりでこちらのWEBをチェックできませんでした。カイザは、カイザ保険しか適用的しないので、私の選択肢にはないのですが、いい病院なのですね。次回、保険の見直しのときにカイザの保険も検討してみます。
後、鈴木先生とは、DR Yoko Suzukiのことでしょうか? 彼女は婦人科だけだと思っていましたが、産婦人科もしているのでしょうか? それとも、他の鈴木先生がいるのでしょうか?

つわりが始まって辛いですね。。大丈夫ですか?私は全くと言って言い程つわりなる物がなかったものですから。。。１日中嘔吐！と聞くと辛過ぎます。。。。
食事も間々ならない様でしたら、レモンスライスを蜂蜜付けにして、レモンと蜂蜜が混ざり合った上澄みをミルクで溶いて飲むと少し 栄養が取れますよ。友人でつわりが酷かったのですが、つわりの酷い時期に口に出来たと言っていました。レモンからビタミンC、蜂蜜からは炭水化物、ミルクからはタンパク質が取れます。嘔吐の後はすぐ！！口を濯いで下さいね！！妊娠とともにカルシュウムが奪われるし、嘔吐で胃液が歯のエナメル質を溶かしてしまい、より虫歯や知覚過敏になり、食事をする事が難しくなってしまう事があります。お身体を労って下さい！

Yoko Suzuki先生ですが、以前は婦人科だけでしたが、11月よりロングビーチのほうで産科も始めますとおっしゃってましたよ。
