タイトルが長くてすみません。
永住権者ですが、日本には仕事や私用で年に数回ほど行きます。
日本、アメリカ両国に自分の銀行口座があり預金もあります。
これまでは日本に滞在しているときは日本の銀行口座から、現金を引き出して使っておりましたが、いま円安なのでドルを日本の銀行や大黒屋などで日本円に両替したほうがお得なんでしょうか?
今現在１１月３０日 １ドル １２３円 です。
例えば今回の滞在で１０万円使うとします。
もし１０万円を使うなら日本の銀行口座から引き出した１０万円を使うよりも、両替して手数料１ドルあたり３円ぐらいの手数料取られてもドルを日本で円に両替して１０万円使ったほうが得なのでしょうか?
クレジットカードは使わないで、純粋に今のレートで、上記の内容でのご回答いただければ幸いです
数字が苦手なのでこんな質問してお叱り受けるのは前提ですが、本当にどっちがいいか少し悩んでいるのでお願いいたします

どこの国でも最強通貨であれば両替せずにつかえるところはあります。
まずドルをそのまま使うのがお得！！。使えるか聞いてみましょう。
円支払いの必要時は
ドル円資産50/50でお持ちであれば
私ならドルをSONY BANK 0.8銭で両替して円で使用します・
ドルのほうが金利が高いので
ドル円キャッシュフロー比率を50/50で保つためにです。
世界主要国で両替で悩まないために
SONY BANK WALLET 来年からスタートします。
visa デビット でマルチマネー口座から現地通貨で引き落とし。
不足分は円から補てん
日米頻繁に往復なされておられますので
お勧めいたします。

損か得か分かりませんが、私は日本では日本にある口座から
使っています。
たとえ、2－3円（1ドルにつき）でも銀行に手数料払うのが
なんとなく無駄なような気がして。
