Vivinavi Los Angelesドルからユーロへの換金

この度、ヨーロッパに行く事になりました。
初めてなものですから、ドルからユーロへの換金が、
アメリカと現地とでは、どちらが多少なりともお得なのか、
ご存知の方教えていただけないでしょうか?
ちなみに渡航先は、フランスです。

いろいろな方法がありますが、こちらの銀行で換えると５％ぐらい取られます。 空港はもっと高いです。 向こうでATMカードでおろすと３％プラス金利です。（私の場合AMEX).
クレジットカードも３％の手数料とられます。
一番よかったのは意外とホテルで両替がよかったですが、ホテルによります。とても悪いレートのホテルもあります。町中の両替商は手数料高いです（元のレートも高くて手数料も高い）。
私の場合、少しだけこちらで（銀行）換えて持っていき、またホテルで換えました。 あとはほとんどクレジットカードで支払いました。
今ユーローが少し安いので手数料ぐらいがでるかも。
どちらにしてもその日のレートに３−５％手数料いります。
レートいい日に換えるのが一番ですかね。
