こんにちは日本に住んでる２０才の男です。名前はツヨシです。聞きたいことがあります！
僕はプロサーファーを目指しています。
カリフォルニアのオーシャンサイドに３ヶ月サーフィンの練習に行こうと思ってるんですが普通に９０日の滞在なら許してくれますか？
なんか他の手続きとか必要ですかね？

全然オッケーでしょう。観光ビザの期間内なら。
私も以前シルバーアクセサリーの教室に通う為に観光ビザで９０日滞在した事ありますよ。
入国の際も「休暇を利用してサーフィンしに来ました！」って堂々と言って構わないと思います。
「アメリカでプロになる為にやって来ました！」だとマズそうけど。
