E-2 Visa取得者との結婚で配偶者もVisaを取れるんですか？？
今回結婚予定の彼女がAmericaの美容室で（日本に支店あり）働くためにE VISAを申請するんですが、配偶者となる私は、渡米するためのVisaというのはどのようになるのですか？？それとWork Permission は取得可能ですか？？
知ってる方いましたら教えてください

＞配偶者が配偶者VISAを申請するのは日本ですか
もちろんです。日本のアメリカ領事館に書類を提出し、審査後面接という段取りになります。E-2の書類は電話帳くらいになりますので大変ですよ。
配偶者用申請は紙切れ２-３枚です。
弁護士はアメリカの移民担当弁護士に
頼んで下さい。奥様がするでしょう。
今簡単ではないですからかなり費用は
かかると思います。
先に結婚してビザ、の順の方がよくないですかね？誰かアドバイスしてください。とにかく結婚して、同居していたという証明が必要になってくるので
結婚が決まっているならその辺も踏まえ弁護士と話をしたらいいと思います。

E-2だと簡単なもので５千ドル、
私の場合は個人での難しい
ケースだったので２万ドル
かかりました。

もちろん先に結婚してからビザ申請の方が良いですよね。配偶者のビザは うちもこの間取得したばかりですが（E-2) 2ヶ月掛かりましたよ。その後 主人がワークパーミットを申請して それも２ヶ月くらい掛かりました。
でも 配偶者の場合は本当に簡単です。
却下される事はまず無いですので 心配はいらないと思いますよ。

今は日本にいるのでしょうか。彼女がEを申請するのが決まってるなら、ここではなく直接アメリカ大使館に問い合わせしたほうが早いですよ。（Faxで）結婚予定ということですが、どちらにせよ結婚してからじゃないと無理だと思いますが。
