わたしはLAに旅行という形できて語学学校を探そうと思ってたんですが、まだみつけてません^^;そろそろビザの方がきれるんですが、切れたあとでも語学学校には問題なく入れるんでしょうか？あとビザが切れた状態でアメリカから日本に帰るときやはり何か問題が発生するんでしょか？あと聞いた話ですがビザが切れた状態で帰国したらアメリカの方に何年ぐらいか入国できなくなるんですか？どなたか教えてください！！

学生で来てから学生をやめて、バイトをしながら2年以上経ちました。今は彼と婚約中なんですが、学生ビザもとっくに切れてますし、今の彼と一緒になる場合、私のステイタスはどうなるのか教えて下さい。または元行ってたコミカレとかに戻れるのでしょうか？戻ったら学生ビザを復活できるとか、ありますか？

＃１３さん、婚約した相手は、アメリカ人ですか？
アメリカ人との結婚の場合は、永住権を申請出来ますよ。
それ以外の場合は、とっくに貴方は不法滞在と言う事になるので、ビザの復活は不可能では？

ありがとうございます。婚約者はアメリカ人です。まだ結婚はしてないんですけど、そのうち結婚すると思います。永住権はアメリカから申請するんですよね？
