私は今Hビザで働いています。2年以内に初めての出産を考えているのですが、通常、妊娠中どれぐらい産休をとる必要がでてくるのでしょうか。もちろん個人差があるとは思いますが、経験者の方からお話を聞けたらと思って投稿しました。

アメリカでは出産1ヶ月ほど前まで皆働いていますよ。産後はやはり人それぞれですが、Drはなるべく早く普段の生活に戻るように進めると思います。ただBabyの事を考えると、最低最初の1年は側にいてあげるのが良いと思うのですが・・・シングルマザーである友人（アメリカ人）も、最初の一年は両親の世話になり、その後両親にBabyを預けて働いています。Babyには思っていた以上にお金もかかりますからね。その辺はご主人と相談された方が良いと思いますよ。人それぞれ色々な事情もあると思いますが、無責任な事にならないように、お金の面でも計画を立ててあげてくださいね。

ほとんどの会社のDisablitiyの保険は、普通の出産が６週間帝王切開が８週間でます。だからたくさんの人はその辺で戻ってますよ。
