こちらで出産された方で子供が市民だと言う事で申請をしグリーンカードを貰ったと言う方いましたら どれ位の期間で取れたのか？費用はどれ位かかったのか教えて下さい。私の夫の会社の方がグリーンカードの申請をしてくれると言う事なのですが市民権を持っている子供がいると一番早く取れるとも聞いたのですが どなたかご存知の方教えて下さい。又グリーンカードの抽選に夫が当たった場合は妻も貰えるのですか？

旦那さんがグリーンカードの抽選に当たったら 妻ももらえるよ。子供がアメリカ国民だからグリーンカードってもらえるの？そしたら違法メキシカンやらフィリピーノってもっと少なくなるんじゃない？子供が親を養えないと 難しいんじゃん？？？？

こちらで生まれた子が21歳以上になっている場合 グリーンカードの申請をする時 第一優先だと僕も聞きましたが？？果たしてどれ位の期間がかかるのですかね？

子供を使ってのグリーンカードは２１歳以上まで待たなければだめのようです。かなり昔からですが、何処の国とはいいませんが大きなお腹で不法に国境を渡ってアメリカで子供を産む母親が後をたたなかった為に厳しくなったはずです。夫婦の一方が当たればもう一方も無条件でもらえますね。
