当て逃げにあいました。車を1時間ほど停めている間に前に停まっていた車にやられました。前に停まっていた車の色を覚えていて、その色のペイントがびっちりと自分の車のフロントについていたので、あの車だったと確信しました。嫌な予感があったので、なんでプレートナンバーをかきとめておかなかったのかと悔やまれてなりません。
ポリスレポートは作ったけど自分の保険会社には連絡していません。
もし犯人が見つからない場合は自費で直すことはあっても保険会社はつかいたくないです。なんで自分の非じゃないのに、保険代金があがらないといけないんでしょうか？
いつも被害者がいたい思いをするのがむかつく。。。
もし保険を使って直す予定がない場合でも保険会社に連絡する義務があるのかな？犯人がみつかって、犯人の保険を使ってなおしたばあいフロントをとりかえることになって300ドル以上にはなると思う。でも、犯人がみつからなければ保険を使って直さないので
関係ないのですが、というか私はライアビリティしかもってないのでどっちにしても保険を使っては直せない。
こんなんでも保険会社に当て逃げにあったよと伝えるだけで保険代があがるのでしょうか？

一昨年年末、同じようにやられました。
友達の家に預けてて（路上駐車）だったんですけど、左側ドアからフェンダー（タイヤの上）までごっそりやられてｍした。そのときは保険会社にもいってないし、保険会社にきいてみたところ、自費だといわれたので、自分でなおしたました。これはあくまでらららの場合なので、一応電話してみたらどうですか？
どういう状況なのかわかりませんが、
気をつけてくださいね、体に怪我がなかったって思ってひらきなおるしかないですよ！笑 本当にUSAって被害者がいたい目をする国だと思うし、嫌になる音はたびたびですよね。みんなもきをつけましょう〜〜。車はなにのってますか〜？良心的な日本人の修理屋さんはしってますよ。修理屋さんも変な人いると思うのできをつけてくださいね。メールしてくれれば教えますよ〜あんまり広めたくないからって これはいけないことかな ｱﾊﾊ

どんな場合でも自分に非がなければ保険料は上がることはないはずです。会社に聞いてみるといい。＃１junkoの持っていない車体保険を通しても自己負担分は払わされるからあまり意味ないし。
