お腹いっぱいってほどでもないけど、けっこう食べて、そしてしばらくしたら便意があって、もりもりウンチが出て、お腹は空いてないのに腸はスッキリって感じ？最高だね！「快食快便」ってしあわせだよ。でもこれは便秘の経験があるから思うことなんだよね。いやだなー、便秘。
そこで質問。女性のみなさんって、便秘で悩んでる人多いでしょ？それも1週間とか10日とか、信じられないけど、みんなどうやって克服してるんですか？牛乳飲んだりとか、野菜をたくさん食べて運動するとか聞くけれど、それとは違うちょっとユニークな「私の便秘解消法」教えて下さい。

たしかMETAMUCILはスーパーにもあったと思う。ドラッグストアには確実にあります。オレンジ色の容器でオレンジ味です。
１０も出るのは腸が過敏なんじゃないですか？私もコーヒー（カフェイン）など飲むと動き出しますね。あと、辛いものが出てくるときはいてもたってもいられないですね。

kellogのシリアルでオールブランってやつは食物繊維がごっつい入ってて、それを食べるとうんちがメッチャ出る。ひょっとしたら宿便も出てるんじゃないかと思うぐらいに軟らかいうんちが沢山でます。是非、試してみて感想きせて。

２．２さん！今日ライトエイドへ行って買ってきました！
でもね、『ドラッグストアには確実にあります。オレンジ色の容器でオレンジ味です。』って言われてて、METAMUCILって名前を忘れちゃって、オレンジ色の容器でオレンジ味のCITRUCELを買ってしまいました。これでも良いのかな？早速飲んだけど、飲みやすくて、これなら続けられそうです。でもMETAMUCILのほうが効果抜群ならまた買いに行くけど...！！

とにかくdietary fiberがいっぱい入ってたらいいと思いますよ。類似品でも基本的に入ってるものは同じだと思います。同じ石鹸でもただブランドと匂いが違うみたいな感じ
