Vivinavi San Franciscoサンフランシスコで移住予定です。どなたか教えてください。

こんにちわ。今度サンフランシスコに移住予定の者ですが、全く分からなくて助けてください！
私の条件にあう地区を教えてほしいのですが、よろしくお願いいたします！
旦那の勤務先はバークレーです。
条件としては
＊通勤が車で３０分程度でいける。（渋滞事情もかねて）
＊治安の良い地区。
＊３歳の子がいますので子育てに適した場所。
追記で質問です。
＊日本人の家族づれ子連れの一軒家をお持ちの皆様はcity以外でどこらへんに住まわれている方が多いのでしょうか?
＊そちらは天候は暑いのでしょうか?暑いというイメージがあります。住みやすいでしょうか?
＊結構家など高いと聞いたのですが、やっぱり今高くなっているのですか?
すみませんが、どなたか教えてください。よろしくお願いいたします。

zillow.comというサイトで家賃や家の値段が検索できます。学校の評価も分かります。大体学区がいい所は治安もいい場合が多いです。El Cerritoに日系のPreschoolがあるので日本人には便利かと思います。私は何年も行ったことはないのですが、有名な日本人のブロガーさんがその市在住で快適に暮らしてらっしゃるようすがBlogから伝わってきます。なのでお勧めです。

気候は内陸部に行けば行くほど夏は暑くて日差しが強烈です。乾燥してます。Weather.comで市の名前を入れて気温チェックできます。日本の夏に比べれば大体の地区は快適です。バークレイ、SFあたりは夏も涼しいです。冬はどこも寒いですが日本の１１月後半から１２月初旬程度の寒さです。家は安全で学区がよい場所はもともと高かったのがびっくりするぐらい高くなっています。Zillow.comで家のPrice Historyが見れます。（学区のよくない所はそこまで値上がりしてませんが。）

以前にWalnut Creekに住んでいましたが、近郊のOrinda,Lafayetteは治安がとてもよかったです。もしお金に余裕があればお勧めです。Berkeleyから３０分以内の他の市でそこまで治安のよい場所があるとは思えません。
