現在シャープ製のデジタルＴＶ１９インチ使用してますが、何かの操作ミスで突然番組全てが
見えなくなりました！ＴＶ画面にデジタルと表示されたのが消えてしまい、スノーの画面になりました！ＴＶ特に最新のデジタル放送に詳しい方がおりましたら教えて下さい。
ＴＶのリモコンをメーカーから取り寄せましたが全く役に立ちません！

デジタルテレビではチャンネル信号が入ってこない場合、どのチャンネルでも画面はただ真っ暗になり、昔のアナログテレビのようなスノー画面は出てこないはずなんですけど、そのシャープ製のテレビをよく知らないので、何とも言えません。
単にアンテナケーブルのどこかで接触不良を起こしていませんか。一番あり得るのはテレビの裏面のアンテナ入力端子のところでケーブルのネジがしっかり入っていないとか。
あるいはチャンネルスキャンの記録がすっ飛んでいる時も何の局も受かりません。再度リモコンのメニューから再スキャンしてみてください。またはリモコンに QAM/Degital/Cable のような選択があれば、アンテナで見ているなら Degital、ケーブルテレビを取っているなら Cable を選んで再スキャンをしてみてください。

スノー画面ということは、DTVではなくアナログモードになっているのでは?
うちのTVもまだアナログモードがある古いやつです。
アンテナ端子がアナログ用とDTV用に2個ついています。
