アメリカの交通違反についての質問です。
先日、ロサンゼルスからラスベガスへ運転中にパトカーに車をとめられました。（９月２１日）
理由は、車線を２度踏んだことと、パトカーが後ろにいたことに気づかず、右車線ではなく左車線にうつったことでした。
その後、免許証や保険の提示を求められ、その指示に従いました。
最後に I will give you warning. といわれただけで、チケットやCitationをもらうこともなく（何の書類にもサインせずに）その日はそれでおわりました。
しかし今日になって、電話で裁判所から電話があり１０月９日に裁判所に出向くように言われました。（自動音声、留守番電話）
どういうことか分からなかったので裁判所のホームページで、免許証で自分の記録を照会してみたのですが、それも見つからず、現在どうしていいのか分からない状態です。
通常はチケットをもらうか、少なくとも書類にサインをすると聞きましたし、裁判所出廷も基本的には１カ月半くらいの猶予があるとききました。もしcitationのこころあたりがなければ、無視してもよいと電話で行っているのですが、電話はこのまま無視しても大丈夫なのでしょうか。

安全を見て、指示通りの日時、裁判所に出廷し確認する事、また祥子を残す事をお勧めします。
万一、無視して、後でペナルティー、罰金等が掛かると、間違えなく保険に響きます。
