タイトルの通りです。
過去のトピを探しましたが無かったので質問しました。
ただ今大学のフォールセメスターを取っていて、順調に予定通り授業が取れれば次のスプリングでOPTを大学で申請して、スプリングを終えた直後からOPTを利用して働きたいと考えています。
H1ビザを取る皆様は弁護士に相談するというのが相場のようなんですが（私のスペック：4大・職歴なし）いつから弁護士を雇って相談すればいいか分りません。
OPTで雇ってもらいたい会社でのH1サポートを望むのなら、今から既に弁護士さんに相談して、（どの道、就職活動の面接時にH1ビザを取得する意志を会社側に表示したいので）会社にH1ビザをサポートしてもらう為の対策を練った方が良いですか?
F1の皆さんはどのタイミングで弁護士さんを雇われるのですか?
OPT申請する前ですか?
OPTが切れるギリギリとかですか?
まったくの初心者で、レジュメや面接はともかく、ビザサポートとかその分野の書類に関しては分りません。そういった書類も、手遅れにならないうちに揃えたいのですが…宜しくお願いします。

特に雇う必要はありませんよ、一度無料相談受けてみてください。
今からでも自分の専攻と就きたい職種を弁護士に話しておいて（無料相談）、それが可能なのか?不可能なのか?不可能ならどういった方法があるのか?など先に知っておく必要があります。
H1-Bの申請が何月からなのか?などしっかり聞いてからその日程に合わせてOPTの開始日を前後させる必要があります。
申請受付は4月からなので、Spring Semesterが終わった頃には5月ぐらい?でしょうか、そこからOPT初めて仕事ぶりが良ければ3ヶ月のトレーニング終了前にサポートの話をしてもらえると思います。ですのでビザ申請を想定しているなら卒業してすぐに働ける状態と働き先を確保しておく必要があります。
今年は申請枠に余裕がありましたが、来年はどうかわかりません。早く申請しなければ2－3年前のように夏ぐらいで上限数に達して申請できないという事もありうる事ですので、早めに調べておきましょう。
私も今の会社の前にCPTで一年近く働いた会社からOPT直前にサポートを本社の業績悪化を理由に(LAオフィスは黒字）断られた経験があります。
かなしいがなOPT使い捨てをやる日系企業もたくさんあるので、就職活動の際は十分気をつけて、ブラック企業に入らないように気をつけてください。
