I recently bought a new desk top PC for myself.

Dell's renewed product with 500G SSD and 16G RAM is 140 $. SSD is still fast and good.
I think it's a different world when I consider that my first Window was 3.1 and it cost me 3000 $ including the monitor.
I don't play games, so the performance is more than enough for elderly people.

At what age do you start calling someone elderly ？

I looked it up and it seems that the term started being used in the 1950s.
At that time, the average life expectancy was about 65 years old, and people who passed that age were called elderly.

That is still the case today, so 65 years old senior citizen is still used, but it is a bit off.
The way the above was decided （ the age beyond the average life expectancy ） I think that nowadays, 80 and over are considered elderly.

Elderly people still have to feel like they're getting weaker. （ lol ）

I am going to LA Fitness again today.

I have Senior Fitness classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


I guess it's officially "Autumn" since the calendar says Autumn Begins in today's box.

However, there is nothing that feels like "autumn" here. It was over 100℉ just the other day.


Still, we have a Canadian Maple Tree, and its leaves change color with the cooler weather.

I see. Mine is Medicare in connection with Kaiser, so it doesn't appear to have that score.
Kaiser seems to have their own, but it didn't seem to have as much content as LA Fitness
I pay for it out of my own pocket.

LA Fitness' senior classes seem to be run by an organization called Senior Sneakers.


And the term "senior citizen", as you say, that age designation is probably up now.

I have also heard that the "late elderly" that I am part of are those over 75, but I take advantage of that

and use it proudly to say that I am so healthy even though I am "late elderly".

I cannot walk every day, but I will increase my daily walking distance little by little until I get to Japan.
