We cannot ask you to fill in the format designated by our country, and a certificate will be issued in our own format. In addition, it is frequent to find errors in the entry of items, or to be given a certificate in Russian even if you have requested a certificate in English in advance. When you receive the certificate, please make sure that the information is written in English, that the specimen name is "Nasopharyngeal swab" or "Saliva," and that the test date ・ Name ・ Gender ・ Date of birth ・ Passport number ・ Nationality are correct. Please make sure that there are no errors in your nationality. If there is an error, please have it corrected immediately.
In particular, if the test method, specimen name （ specimen collection site ） and date and time of specimen collection do not conform to the format requirements, it is highly likely that the Haneda Airport quarantine will consider the negative certificate "incomplete.
