Vivinavi Los Angeles退職者のシェアハウス

日本人男性の退職者が住めるシェアハウスとかってありますか？
出来れば日本人の方達が住んでいるような所があると良いのですが。。。。
訳があり家族と離れて2年間だけ1人で暮らすことになりまして
（2年後にはまた家族と住むのですが）アパートや一軒家に1人で住むより
人の気配があるだけでも嬉しいので、シェアハウスはどうかなと
考えています。
ただ、そういう場所をどうやって探したら良いのかわかりません。
家の修繕とかも出来る技術があるので住み込みで、家の事をさせて
下さるとかでも良いのです。。。。長年家族と住んできたので、退職してからの
独り暮らしに踏み切れずにいます。
もしご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら教えて頂けると助かります。

いえいえ、そんな事はないのです。2年後には日本に帰る事が決まっているので。
それまでに住むところを考えているだけです。

ルームシェア募集がここにあんじゃん
出来ることならオーナー直接とか住んでる奴が募集をしてるんでなく
不動産とかのエージェントがあいだにいる方がいろいろ問題無くていいぞ
契約もちゃんとしてるし問題あったらエージェントに言えばいい
出ていくときのデポジット返却なんかももめないで済む
出来ればバスルームだけは共有じゃない方が良いと思うぞ
＃４はシェアハウスのドラマがこっちでも日本で流行ってんの知らんのか
昔２年くらいしてたけどシェアハウス楽しーぞ ４はなんかバイキン臭いな

皆様、情報＆ご意見をありがとうございます。
勿論家賃は安いに越したことはありません。もう退職しているので。
でもシェアハウスだと同居人との交流もあるのかな？まったく孤独を
感じての一人暮らしでなくても良いのかなとも思った次第です。
万が一の孤独死なんてのも嫌ですし。。。

歳取るとお金なんて二の次になるらしいですよ。
1番欲しいのは構ってくれる気の合う話し相手らしい。結局金がいくらあっても1人じゃあ寂しくなるのが人間。
ただ金がありすぎると金目当ての人ばかりよってくる。
だから庶民のふりしてる大金持ちもよくいる。
