こんにちは
今、安定期に入る妊婦です
あまり身体を動かす機会がないので、妊婦が受講できるエクササイズクラスを
探しています。トーランスにはあるようですが、WEST LA在住のため近くで
探しています。どなたかそういったクラスをご存知の方、お教え頂けると光栄です。
出来れば日本語のところが良いなと思っています♩

友人が行っていたところで英語のマタニティヨガは教えてもらいましたが、私もできれば日本語で受けれるところを探しています。
