鍋パーティーを来週開催する予定です。
水炊き、モツ鍋、キムチ鍋、チゲ鍋、よせ鍋、石狩鍋、ちゃんこ鍋、など検索したらいろんな鍋があるようですが、初心者でも簡単に作れておいしい鍋はどれでしょう?鍋奉行として頑張るつもりですが、なるべく失敗したくないのです。
パーティーは7～8人ぐらいでやる予定です。

日本食レストランでも鍋やってるところ沢山あるんだから、わざわざ家でやらなくても予約取ってレストラン行けばいいのに。家でやったら部屋が臭くなるよ、特にキムチ系。

水炊きにして、たれの種類をいっぱいにするって言うのはどうでしょう?
そしたらいろんな味が楽しめてよくないですか?水炊きは失敗もないですし。
市販のごまだれからポン酢、韓国風のピリ辛だれ、味噌風味・・・・など！！自分で作ればたれは安いですし。チキン南蛮のたれも普通においしかったです。
私は昆布と骨付きチキンでだしをとって後は野菜をたっぷりの簡単な水炊きですが、飽きないので最後はうどんで〆て、翌日は雑炊まで楽しんでいます。
