すっかり朝晩が涼しくなり、ビールよりワインが飲みたくなってきました。
ところで、ワイン等はLighthouseさん等の特集でどれが安くてうまいなんて記事になったりして、比較的簡単に情報を得られるのですが、チーズの方はというと、そんなに情報がないような気がします。（知らないだけかも知れませんが）スーパーなどではかなりのスペースをとって陳列されているもののどれがいいのか分かりません。おいしそうかなと思って、プライスを見ると結構高いので躊躇してしまいます。
チーズも個人の好みがあると思いますが、別々に赤や白に合うチーズを教えていただけたら幸いです。皆様、よろしくお願いします。

Whole foods やTrader joe's に売っているSaint Andre triple creme French cheese というのがおいしかったです。赤ワインにとっても合いました。
そんなに高くないので、良かったら、試してみてください。
