最近夜寝てたり昼寝したりしてると夢をいくつもいくつも見ていて(以前は全く記憶してなかった)熟睡感が全くなく困っています。みなさんはどうですか?

私もsmillyさんと同じです。#2さんの言うことももっともですが、そんな毎日毎日夢も見ないほど運動ってちょっと無理です。どーにかして眠りが深くなりませんかね?

あのー最近ちょっとよくなりましたが、
まだ夢に取りつかれていて熟睡感ないです。睡眠薬飲むのも対症療法にすぎないのでなにが原因か分からないし・・・。
まじめにだれか知ってる方・・・どうしたらいいでしょう?

ストレスが溜まるとそうなりませんか?
寝る直前に運動するとかストレッチやるってのはどう?

#5ぐっどらっくさんのいう寝る直前の運動は、睡眠を遠ざけるのでよくないって書いてありましたよ!確かに体が疲れれば寝れるっていうのもあるかもしれないけれど、でもそれは日中に運動して、寝る前はリラックスするのが良いらしいです。
#1さん、ゆっくり寝れるといいですね。

夢を多く見るのは眠りが浅い証拠。私も以前経験しましたが、睡眠薬に頼るのは結果的に止められなくなるのでお勧めしません。
ハリ治療と漢方薬の併用で改善しましたよ。お試しあれ。

夢を見るのは、若い証拠。
年とると、レム睡眠が短くなって、夢なんか見なくなるんだから、若いうちいにたくさん見ましょう。

もっとわたしよりも重症な人、「メラトニン」きくのでは?ドラックストアで簡単に買えるしね。薬がきらいなsmily

でも睡眠薬の常用はとても危険。私の姉も睡眠薬なしで寝れない時期があって(これは別の薬の副作用もあったと思うのだけど)結構大変でした。ハーブを主原料にしたサプリメントで心身ともに改善したのであまり薬には頼らない方が・・・

私も昔から毎日毎日夢を見て熟睡感が無くて困ってました。もっと熟睡したいなあと思っていろいろ試してみたけど、最近自分的に意外ときいているのが耳栓。あまりタイトな物だと耳が圧迫されてかゆくなっちゃうのでソフトな物をつかっています(普通の雑音は消すけど肝心な音は聞こえるもの。携帯や目覚ましは聞こえます)。夢を見てるときは眠りが浅いので意識してなくてもちょっとした音に敏感であるのか、耳栓して寝ると、リラックスしてよく眠れます。あまりお金もかからないし、試してみてください。
