アルバイトを探しているのですが、SS#が
ないと なかなか 雇ってくれるところが見つかりません。
学生なのでSS#は取れないのですが、
”事情を話せばSS#だけ 取れる機関がある”と聞いたのですが、どなたか ご存知じゃないですか？？
弱者に強い国 アメリカだー！（笑）

そんな機関は聞いたことはないですね。。テロ以降、ビザ関連の取り締まりも法律で強化されますし、そんな機関はないと思いますが・・・
Candyさんは大学生ですか？もしそうなら取れる方法はありますよ。大学内でのバイトを見つければ、インターナショナルオフィスがSSN申請の許可証をくれるそうです。それがあればSSNの取得が可能ですよ。
大学によっては「SSNが欲しいんだけど」と言うだけでその許可証を書いてくれるところもあるみたいです。僕の知人の体験です。ちなみに僕のところはそういうことに厳しく、「オンキャンパスの仕事を見つけたら再度ここへ来て下さい。今は証明書はあげれません」と言われてしまいましたが・・・ちぇっ。
もしCandyさんが大学生であるなら、そういうチャンスもありますね。

プラクティカルじゃ当てにならんし、４大卒までまってられん。
