私は学生ですが日本の友達から送ってもらった物をこちらで売りたいと思っています。以前一度送ってもらったのですが、税関で使用目的を聞かれました。贈答品としてと答えましたが、何回もその回答で大丈夫とは思えません。学生の私が商業用として受け取っても大丈夫でしょうか？強制送還とか。。。移民局と税関の繋がり等はどうなっているのでしょうか？知ってる方いたら教えて下さい。

学生は収入を得てはいけないので基本的にビジネスライセンスを取ることは違法だと思います。別にビジネスライセンスはなくてもアングラでやればいいんでは？と思うけど。

under ground 要するに、もぐりでやればということでないの？
どっちにしろ違法は違法だし。
通販等での事も逆に訴えられたら大変だから、そのあたりも考えてね。
せめてガレージセールや、フリマで売るくらいにしといたら？！
大きい収入や、幅広くやろうとしたらリスクもその分大きくなる。
不法にCDコピーして売っている人も逮捕されているし、ネット上だからといって安心できないしね。
なんといってもリスク犯してまで稼ぐほどの金額でもないでしょうし。
あとは自分の判断になりますが。

トピ主さんの心配しているように、税関でひっかかるのでは？定期的に同じような品物が送られてくると。いつも、giftでは通用しなくなるでしょうね。売れる、売れない以前の問題だと思いますが。

日本に帰国する事になりました。
３年こちらにいたので、持って帰りたい荷物が沢山あります。
なるべく安く日本に送りたいのですが、やっぱりUSPSの船便が一番安いのでしょうか、、、
飛行機で持って帰る時、規定以上の荷物はお金を払えば飛行機に乗せてくれるのでしょうか。
どなたかいいアドバイスがありましたら、よろしくお願いします。

ちょっと前のトピックで、日本への荷物の話あったと思いますが、どこかへ消えてしまいました。 たしか、どこかのサイトが紹介されてたと思いますが・・。 ＯＣＳはどれだけつめても同じ料金とかいうのやってましたが（今は知らない）、別に激安ってわけじゃないですよね。 重い荷物ばかりでもないし。 私の場合、日本への日数はどれだけかかってもイイんです。 たとえ数ヶ月とかでも。

荷物の大きさ、量を知らない事にはアドバイスできませんよ！
日数関係ないのなら船便でしょうが・・・それでも、アメリカの郵便局と日系、その他では値段の差が激しいのでね〜〜

ＯＣＳは意外と箱が小さいですよね。しかもフライヤーもらってきたら関税が別料金で掛かるとか・・・。いくらぐらいなのか、よく分からなかったですが。
郵便局で送るのが手っ取り早いかなぁと思います。

それでは、クマさん、具体的なアドバイスお願いします。
荷物はダンボール（５０センチ四方くらい）４つくらいで、ひとつ５キロとして２０キロくらいですかね。 日数は、３.５ヶ月ほどかけて届いてほしいです。 また、日本に届いてからも、送り先の住所にすぐに配達してもらうのではなく、こちらの都合のいい時に連絡して配達してもらえれば最高です。 よろしくお願いします。

じんましんって素人には判断できないくらい色々なタイプがあるらしいです。なので、当たり前だけどきちんと治したいなら病院に行った方がいいと思うけど…

アメリカの病院でもらった風邪薬３種類を飲んでいたら、じんましんが出ました。
大体は消えたんですが、太股の内側にはまだ色が残っていて、気持ち悪いです。
やっぱその病院に相談するべきかな？それとももう遅い（何週間も経っているので痕が消えない）のかな？！

１日単位で借りれるレンタルが便利です。日本の空港で受け取るか実家に配送してくれるし電話番号も出発前に教えてくれるのでこっちも日本の知人に前もって携帯の番号を知らせる事も可能。

WestLA在住ですが、車に故障が発生するたびに、近くの修理屋に駆け込み、その度にボラれています。ボラれているというのは正確ではないかもしれませんが、何かいつも高くチャージされてるような気がするし、何より、同じ箇所が１ヶ月後に故障したりすることがよくあるんです。
ということで、WestLAかその周辺で、いい車修理屋さんご存じの方いらっしゃたら情報下さい。日本人経営であればベターです。

脱色剤のことじゃなくて?それならあったよ!

商品名はそのものずばり、CREME HAIR BLEACH FOR FACEです。メーカーはネイルケア用品をいっぱい出してるSALLY HANSEN。
たぶん元々は、顔のうぶげの気になる人とか鼻の下にひげっぽく濃い毛がはえちゃう女のコ用なんだと思うけど、これ眉毛につけて５分ぐらい待って洗い流すといいカンジに色が落ちます。
って言うのが。日本に持って帰って喜ばれるお土産とか何とかそんなトピで。違ったらごめんねぇ〜!!
