Vivinavi Los Angeles先日の八神純子さんと杏里さんのジョイントコンサート

少し前ですけど、八神純子さんと杏里さんのジョイントコンサート（！）
がロサンゼルスのアームストロングシアターでありましたね。
私もベストテン世代でお二人のことが大好きだったんですが、
チケットのお値段が高かったのでさんざん迷った末諦めました。
不慮の出費が嵩んだ時期だったので、仕方がなかったんですけど今は無理してでも行くべきだったのかなと後悔してます。
そこでコンサートに行かれた方に質問です。
コンサートの雰囲気、曲目、お客さんの入り、最後の交流会はどんな感じだったでしょうか。

＞そのレベルなら高く思うでしょうね
私はその時代、こちらにいて今のようにインターネット・ストリームで日本のテレビを
見られるわけでもなく、杏里の曲は「オリビアを聴きながら」ぐらいしか私の耳に
入ってきませんでした。それで杏里は「オリビア」一発だけかなと思っていました。
改めてYouTubeで探ったら、
・ オリビアを聴きながら
・ キャッツ・アイ
・ Summer Candles
・ Good Bye Boogie Dance
・ 悲しみが止まらない
・ 16BEAT
・ など、など、
いろいろヒットがあったようですね。大変申し訳ありません。
数週間前に素人のピアノ発表会兼コンテストで Armstrong Theatre に
行ってきたので、確かにそれほど大きい劇場ではなく、比較的近くで
出演者を見れたでしょうね。
やはり八神純子の 「みずいろの雨」や「パープルタウン」は絶対聴きたかったなぁ。

「パープルタウン」は以下のパクリという噂もありますが、
どちらも 1980 に字が見えるのでどっちがどっちかは微妙ですね。
私は八神純子の方が最高に好きです。
