ロサンゼルスに来てから、美味しいパンに巡りあえず寂しい思いをしています。
ふわふわ系やデニッシュ、クロワッサンの美味しいパン屋さんをご存知の方いらっしゃいましたら、ぜひ教えてください♪
日本では、ゴントランシェリエのクロワッサンが好きでよく食べていました。
Westwood在住ですが、少し遠くても構いません。車で1時間くらいならパンのために行きます(笑)
また、こちらのスーパー(ラルフズ、トレジョ、ホールフーズ)で手に入る日本ぽいパンがあれば、あわせて教えていただけると嬉しいです。

ご自分でブレッドを焼いてみては！？？
私もブレッドは敷居が高く（パイ等は焼きますが）自分で焼いていませんでしたが、新しく隣に引っ越して来たネイティブインディアンのカップルと彼らの敷地内にある薪オーブンでブレッドを焼ました！
彼女がとても簡単で美味しいブレッドレシピを貰ったから一緒にセッションしないと誘われて、おっかなビックリブレッド制作！凄く簡単で美味しいブレッドが焼けました。
私は元から日本のパンはそこ程好きでは無いので、質問者様の好みとは大幅に違うかもしれません。。。が無ければ、自分で作ってみるのも面白いですよ！

どうせ、薬いっぱい使って育った中華あたりから持ってきた冷凍の安い食材買い集めての料理でしょ？ 最悪じゃん
