私は去年の6月に短大を卒業して、今はプラクティカルトレーニングの状態です。私のF-1ビザが今年の3月で切れるのですが、F-1ビザを更新する必要があるのでしょうか？カレッジのアドバイザーに聞いたら、アメリカにいる限りは更新する必要がないといわれたのですが、以前にFRONTLINEかRIGHTHOUSEで更新する必要がある、というような記事を読んだことがあるのですが、どなたか知ってるかたがいたら教えて下さい。お願いします。

F-1ビザが切れてもアメリカに滞在している限り更新しなくてもいいんですけど、ただ日本に帰った場合（例えば、何か親戚とか家族に起きたときとか）にアメリカに戻ってこれません。他に知ってる人いたら補足よろしく。

多分、ビザを更新しなくて良くて、でもプラクティカルトレーニング状態にあることをINSに申請しなくてはいけないと思います。 学校に行っていない情報はINSに行くから、その状態での滞在を合法的に認めてもらうのが必要なのではないかな？そうすれば、何か緊急時があって日本に帰国してもアメリカに戻ってこれると思うけど。。。
ただ、こんな素人の意見ではなくて移民法は刻々と変わっているから、できれば専門の人に聞いた方がいいと思うの。本とかの情報よりも絶対に確実だと思うから。
