アメリカの市民権を取得した後は、ただちに、日本の国籍を削除することは
必粋なのでしょうか?
又、日本に帰り日本国籍の人と結婚し入籍した場合はアメリカ国籍はなくなるのでしょうか?
宜しくお願いします。

私も日本のパスポートを持ってるアメリカ人ですが、日本入国時はいつも日本のパスポートを使います。
前に日本の入国審査官に日本に入国する時は日本のパスポートを使ってくださいと指示されたので。

米国籍になって、アメリカのパスポートで日本に入国。日本のパスポートを持っていて、戸籍もそのままの人がいます。しかも、日本入国時に何も聞かれない。これが事実で現実だそうです。そういう人もいるでしょうが、厳密にいうとルール違反です。大きな声で言えることではありません。
結婚して米国籍がなくなることはないですよ。結婚した相手が自動的に米国籍にはなりませんけどね。

外国でどのように更新されているのでしょうか。
教えてください。
＞国籍喪失届を提出しましょう。
国籍は外国籍を取得した時点でありませんので戸籍を抹消しましょう。

私は基本日本在住です。海外行くときは日本のパスポートを使います。アメリカに行く時のみアメリカのパスポートを使います。
