先月30日から私のアパートの一部屋を、
日本から来た女性の方にお貸ししていました。
予定では今月10日までの滞在を希望されていたのですが・・・・
今日の朝（10/6）起きたら、置手紙を残して部屋を出ていました。
もちろん滞在費など頂いておりません。
同じ日本人として、とても悲しいです。
一応、彼女の日本での住所やフルネームなどは控えてあるのですが・・・・前払いで徴収しなかったのがいけないのでしょうか？
こちらで、借りたプリペイドの携帯に電話もしましたが
繋がっても切られてしまいます。
こんな経験をされた方はおりますでしょうか？

「ねーよ」「ねーじゃん」という言葉を使えばワイルドだと思っているんでしょうね。変換も大変でしょうに。実際に喋るときには「です・ます」つけていて、へえこらしていて、仮想空間であるＰＣの前ぐらいは乱暴な言葉使いをしたい、その気持ちはわかります。しかし、あなただけがそんな思いでいるわけではありません。あなたはあなたの弱さをここで暴露しているだけです。
同情しないのならしなければいいんじゃないですか？わざわざ書くということは不愉快に思ったから書いたんですよね？ならそう書けばいいんじゃないですか？部屋代だって一定額までは課税されない事ぐらい誰だって知っていますよ。

払わなくてもいいんだけど。
トビ主が借りてる部屋をマタガリさせるかどうか分かるなんてみんなすごいな！トビ主はアパートのオーナーかも知れないのに。開いてる部屋を本来の賃貸業務の間にって事かもしれないぞ。今回に限り通常の賃貸として運営するわけではなく、２０日以内なら確かに書類など面倒なもの要らん。
だけどやっぱりトビ主さん、今回事前に個人情報とデポジットか前金そして契約はサインもらうべきだったね。
もし人に貸してる間何かのトラブルがあったとき保険会社に説明できんよ。
