Vivinavi Los Angelesコストコで買ったウォーターピックは日本で使える?

タイトル通りコストコでウォーターピックを買いました。トラベルサイズもついてきたので日本の家族に持って帰ろうと思ったんですが、コンセントの凹凸がおっきいのとちっちゃいやつです。日本のコンセントには入りませんよね?
交換プラグみたいなのがあれば日本でも使えますか?
その場合交換プラグはどこで買えますか?

最近の日本のマンションは使えるよ。

こちらで売っている交換プラグは Ground Prong を回避するもので、
2本ある平たいブレイドは大小のままで日本ではコンセントに差し込めません。
そのウォーターピックの電源プラグが Ground Prong 付きの3接点式なら、
私だったら、Ground Prong は金ノコで切ってしまい、太い方のブレイドを
ヤスリで擦り細い方と同じにしますけど、結構な手間です。
日本の amazon.co.jp を見たら的を得た商品が売られていますね。
「全世界対応マルチ変換プラグA型(海外電化製品を日本で利用)」で検索してみて
ください。せいぜい300円ぐらいです。ただしこちらでは売っていないと思います。
こちらで売られている 110V 電気製品は日本の 100V でもまず問題なく動くでしょう。
