Glitch is very likely.

In the past cases, there were many Glitches in this Details display right after the UI office system switched to "Original UI → PEUC 1st time", "PEUC 1st time → PEUC 2nd time", "PEUC 2nd time → PEUC 3rd time". If it is a Glitch, the call center will clear the display that day and start the payment procedure.

You should email the Language Access contact with an approval letter for the second Initial Claim application and a screenshot of the Details display. Perhaps they will respond immediately.

The UI office email correspondence will not go through if they cannot verify your identity, so please be sure to include the "Address", "Last 4 digits of Social Security Number", "Email Address" and "Phone Number" when you registered your UI account.

In past cases, we have had the Details display removed and payments have started. However, we have not seen a similar case yet at this time with this "PEUC termination → second round of unemployment insurance".
