The good and conscientious ones are too busy to come to my house, so I ask them on a case by case basis.

good. Handyman, Plummer, and Paint Shop have good clients so that's
a lot. It's hard to come by. Don't go with someone who doesn't give you a clear quote.

I actually moved to another state, in OC it was 2bd2bath with rent month $ 2200, now it is 4bd3bath with large yard and basement with mortgage $ 1450.

It takes courage until you move in, but people get used to it.

I get the impression that a lot of people who live in Palmdale are not affluent in their way of life...the Pino and Mekhi demographics. I used to
refuse to pay even a very small fee for a rear-end collision because I was not good at parking my car in a garage and backed up too far.
It's hard to drive where people from developing countries live.
I wonder if the surrounding environment is also important.

Oregon is nice, too. We moved there because of my husband's work.
There are big, new houses all over the place at easy prices that we would never change in California. Sometimes we miss the beaches and weather in California, but we are not unhappy with our current situation.

I've been around a lot of states, and I think Seattle and NY have a lot of difficult people.
