皆さんこんにちは。
ユティリティ込みのゲストハウスを借りていますが
契約の際には何も言われなかったのですが
入居後少し経ってからエアコンとヒーターは
ユティリティには含まれないから使うなら代金を払えと言われて
今更そんな事を言うのか？詐欺じゃないの？と思いましたが
大家があまりにも高圧的な態度ですぐ怒るヒステリーな女性で
気に入らないと凄い攻撃的でケンカ腰の文章を送ってきたり
インターネットをシャットダウンしてくる為に
精神的にストレスを感じますし
面倒くさいので大人しく様子見していました。
ここ数日の猛暑の中、我慢できずエアコンを付けた途端に
「エアコン使うなら金払え！ 払えないならエアコン使うな！」と
もの凄い怒ったテキストが届き困惑しています。
大家はテナントに対して家賃に対する設備を整える必要あると思いますし、
ユティリティ込みで借りたはずですと伝えたら、
早速「気に入らないなら３０日以内に出ていけ」と言われてしまいました。
いくら大家でも、テナントに発言する権利無しみたいな
この態度の悪さは流石に失礼だと思うのですが
こういう大家を黙らせるアイデアがあれば
是非教えて下さい。

家を持たない、物を持たない主義っていうのはなんか寂しいですね。根無し草って感じで。 自分は家を持って自分の好きなものに囲まれて生活出来てて幸せです。

↑ なんだか日本のゴミ屋敷を思い浮かべる。
和風スタイルの部屋は落ち着く
無駄な物を置かないようにして雰囲気を楽しむ。
まあ人それぞれの考えかたの違いですから
自分の好きなものに囲まれて生活出来てて幸せならそれで良いのでは。
その部屋でお茶を点てて楽しんでくださいね。
