Hopefully, this credit card seems to be an efficient way to earn points.
The answer I got from my inquiry is as follows, so I decided to apply for the BILT credit card and try it out as soon as possible.

1. The answers I received from my inquiry to Bilt Rewards Support
・ When you apply for a credit card, a Rent Rewards Account is created, from which you can obtain your Routing number and Accounting number, and you can use that information to set up your bank debit （ SurePay ）

・ if you pay by credit card at the payment portal If the property is a member of the Bilt Alliance, the Bilt will waive the transaction fee

2. the answer you received from your inquiry to Hawaiiana Management Company
・ 3. If you have Routing number and Accounting number, SurePay can be set up

・ Hawaiiana Management Company is not in Bilt Alliance.
You can pay with a BILT credit card, but you will be charged a transaction fee

So I think you can make the payment itself since BILT is a credit card.
