日本にいる父をアメリカに呼んで一緒に住むにはどのようにすればいいのでしょうか。父は現在７８歳です。病気等はありません。
私はグリーンカードで主人がアメリカ市民権を持ってます。この場合でも移民の手続きはできるのでしょうか。審査・手続きは難しいですか。
もし移民できたとしても医療保険はどうすればいいのでしょうか。３０年ほど前にも３年程住んでいた事がありソーシャルセキュリティーナンバーは持っています。
MEDICALとかMEDICAREがあるそうですか 利用はできるのでしょうか。
教えて下さい。よろしくお願いします。

全く法的な事はわかりませんが、コリアンって家族ぐるみで暮らしてる（らしい）人達多くありません？
１世２世ではなく、どうもここ最近移住してきたようなおじいさん、おばあさん、、。
身内を移住させるには、グリーンカードは時間かかりそうですけど、旦那さんの市民権を駆使すれば方法あるんじゃないでしょうか。ＳＮも持ってるとの事ですし。
メキメキは不法っぽいですけど。（差別だー）
実際日本人でやってる人は知りませんが、コリアンの友達に聞いてみようと思います。
