夫の浮気が発覚しました。で、離婚をしようと考えています。浮気の現場をとらえて、それで相手の女性も法的に訴えようと考えています。
探偵に以来して浮気調査をされた方いらっしゃいますか？
あと、相手の女性にはどれぐらいの慰謝料がとれるのでしょうか？
知っている方いらしたらお教えください。

日本だったら浮気相手も訴えるのが通常ですが、
アメリカはあまり聞いたことがないですね。
それに財産も全部半分だから、仮に浮気相手を訴えて慰謝料が取れても、旦那さんが払えばその分が減るだけなんじゃないかなぁ。
いずれにしろ腕のいい弁護士さんが見つかりますように。

浮気相手は学生さんですか？
弁護士に頼んで日本の親に連絡して慰謝料を親に請求した人もいましたよ。
穏便に話し合うのが一番だと思います。

お気の毒ですが、CA州の法律では伴侶が浮気しても慰謝料は取れません（NY州は別）。昔は取れたそうですが、仕立て屋を雇って現場写真を撮ったり裁判がゴタゴタ続いて問題だとかでずっと前に法律が変わったとか。
日本とCA州の法律は同じではありませんね。
カリフォルニアの離婚とかで検索すれば出てきます。

ここカリフォルニアでは夫に女が出来ようが妻に男が出来ようが離婚には関係なくすべての財産は50/50
で私も離婚しようと思ったときに弁護士に言われました。相手からは慰謝料など取れません。時間と費用などを考えた場合い(弁護士料。探偵の費用など)むだですよ。夫に証拠をつきつけてじっくりと話をすることが一番です。女の一人や二人でカーッとなって人生を棒に振らないように。別れるのはいつでもできます。夫のほうか(自分が悪かった)といわせるようにしむけることです。本当に男は困った動物で歴史が物語っています。どうしても許せないならバッサリきりきざむこと。つまり離婚です。でもはやまらずに。

ダンナの風俗遊びはどうなんでしょうか？
