最近、日本人の知り合いがレストランでバイトをしてるんですけど、そこにいる中国人と極めて仲が悪いらしいんです。
その日本人の人は今ビザを取らずに４ヶ月アメリカに住んでて、しばらく帰る予定ではないらしいです。いわゆる不法滞在です。
一回、言い争いになったらしいんですけど、その中国人が「イミグレーションにお前の不法滞在を報告するぞ」みたいな事を言われたらしいんですけど、実際今も、イミグレーションに不法滞在を報告されたら、その日本人の人は日本に帰らされるんですか？
それとも、まだ１ヶ月くらいの不法滞在ならば、イミグレは気にせずにその人がアメリカに滞在するのを暗黙するのでしょうか？
どなたか詳しい方教えてください。

まぼろしさん、ご説明ありがとうございました。よーく分かりました。mamaさんからメールが来ると良いですね。私は日本で、電話でやり取りをしてから最終的に会う（ビジネスで）仕事をしていたことがあり、人々に対して自分が作り出したイメージがあまりにも現実と違うので、その経験からふとそんなネガティブなことを思ってしまいました。私ってそういうセンスがないのかもしれませんね。
