皆さま大変な時期に申し訳ないトピックですが。。
日本の親がまだスマホではなく、日本への電話は
とある会社を通してかけております。
その会社は、使わなくても数ドルは月に消えていきます。
他の親類などは、ラインやメッセンジャーでして
私の親はいまだにかたくなにガラケーでございます。
（スマホにする予定ですがまだ動きません）
それで、同じ状況の方で日本への電話の安い方法（ラインなど無料のものではない）
をご存知でしたらご紹介いただけませんでしょうか？

私は有料のLine-Outを使ってます。例えば30日プランだと、固定と携帯にかける場合は合わせて120分話せて720円になります。固定向けのみで60分だと120円だそうです。月額プラン以外のpay-as-you-goもあり、私はそっちを使ってます。

Lineでも電話できますよ。
LineーLineはもちろんフリーですが、相手がLineのアカウントを持っていなくても有料で電話かけれます。
通話料金は、相手が固定電話だと3セント/分、携帯電話だと14セント/分です。
SkypeのほうがLineより通話料金は若干安いですが、音声はLineのほうがクリアーで良いです。

Keep callingというアプリがあります。そのアプリで固定電話に国際電話が掛けられます。課金も低額から出来、30分ほど話してもそこまで多くは減りませんでした。

リカーストアで売っている、テレホンカードの利用をお勧めします。＄2分のもので、1時間半は話せますよ。試してみて下さい。
