そうですね、「お料理のコツ」とは「失敗」成り！
でしょうか。
私も遥か昔、独身で寮生活の頃、にんにくは料理の美味さを増し
栄養価も高いと匙加減も全然知らず、親指大のものをみじん切りせず
ただ薄切りでクジラ肉の炒め物に入れてしまいました。
営業部だったので翌日会社へ行ったら何キロ先まで臭うようで
とんだ顰蹙をかってしまいました。これが人生最大の料理の
失敗です。(^^;

タイミングよくこのトピが！
今離乳食の中期／後期で手作りしていますが圧力鍋の扱いが下手でいつも柔らかすぎます。
まとめて作って冷凍して毎回レンチンで食べさせています。
もちろん鍋のクセなどもあることは前提ですがコツを教えてください！
●少し形を残して解凍後もつかみ食べができるようにしたい。
●水を入れないと焦げるけど入れすぎなのかべちゃべちゃになってしまう。適量がわからない。
●鍋はもらったので説明書などありませんがパールなんちゃらとシールが貼っている
誰か助けてください！

料理本やサイトで書いてある通り大さじ小さじｇをしっかり守って作ってみてはいかがでしょうか？
それになれたらその味になるように、好きな味になるように作ってみるのがいいと思います。
