Vivinavi Los Angeles面接時に答える転職理由についての質問です

30代後半にもなってお恥ずかしいのですが、職場でのセクハラ・パワハラに耐えられず退職予定です。
ボディタッチから始まり、仕事後の個人的な誘い、威圧的な態度など何とか交わしておりましたが、
個人的な誘いを断り続けていたら、突然人事異動が出て戸惑っております。
人事にも何度も訴えても改善の見込みがなく、突然の人事異動でした。
この際、異動も検討したのですが、組織の中枢で働いていたため、善からぬ噂がつきまとい、
プライドも傷ついているので結局新しい職場を選択することにしました。
そこで問題なのが、たった半年間の勤務(正社員)になってしまい、今後の転職活動に支障が出ることが目に見えている状態です。
この際、転職理由を聞かれたらあれこれ嘘をつくのではなく、はっきりと「セクハラ・パワハラのため」と答えるつもりですが、
社会人としてだけでなく、大人の女性として器量が悪いのではないかといった印象を与えそうです。
転職理由が「セクハラ・パワハラ」の際、面接時での評価をお願いいたします。

人事異動を受け入れて職場でのセクハラ・パワハラがなくなりリラックスして働ける。
今からでも遅くない。

なぜそこまでネガティブになるんですか?むしろ今回はトピ主にまったく非がないじゃないですか。堂々と「前職のセクハラ・パワハラが耐えられなかった」というべきですよ。むしろ心配するべきは、アメリカ企業相手だったら「なんでその前の会社や上司を訴えないんだ?」ってツッコまれたときの対応じゃないですか?（「費用が割に合わない」とでも言えばいいと思います）
僕の知人でも以前の会社の上司からのパワハラに耐えられなくて半年で転職した人いますけど、なんの問題もなかったですよ。
