本を読む時はバスルームに行きます。
家中で明るいのはキッチンとトイレだけ、つくづくアメリカの家の作りに嫌気がさします。
一説によるとアメリカの部屋が暗いのはアングロサクソンの目が黄色人種に比べて明るさに弱いのだそうですが、
ではアフロアメリカンは我々よりも明るい部屋で暮らしてるべきじゃないのか・・・
賃貸の天井に穴を開けて配線して照明器具をつけるわけにもいきません。
皆さんどうされていますか?
できればコンセント一つから伸ばせるもので、部屋のどこでも新聞が読めるくらいの明るさになれば嬉しいです。
ハロゲンのオプションもあると思いますが、電気代を考えるとLEDだとなほうれし。お知恵をかしてください。

明るさに弱いのでサングラスしてますよね。
家を暗くするのは、 標的にならない様に。と思います。
家の貴重品を外から見せない為もあるでしょう。
関係ない話ですが。。。
暗いところで本を読むと目が悪くなるよ。。
と昔、言われましたが。。
目が悪いから暗いところで本が見えないんですよね。
アドバイスですが。。
LAは日照率が良いので
ソーラーLEDライトはどうですか?
スタンドタイプの。。
アメリカには余りありませんが
日本のネットで中国製の高性能製品、安くてたくさんあります。
電気代はタダだし、軽くて
配線もいらず どこでもライトです。
私はケータイもソーラー充電です。
車のダッシュボードにおいて置けば充電します。
日本で400円 送料込みで購入し
LAに持ってきて使っています。
ハイウェイや砂漠でも電池切れはありません。
