Vivinavi Los Angeles布団にダニがいる場合の解決法

布団にダニがいるらしく、足を数カ所刺されてしまい、かなり痒くて苦しんでます。
布団の中で「チクッ」とした感じがあり、暫くして赤みが出て来たので、布団の中で刺されたのは間違いないと思います。
でもアパートに住んでいることもあり、ベランダも無いので布団を干すことができません。シーツやカバーを洗うことぐらいしか・・・。
布団にダニがいると思われる場合、布団を干さずにしてどのようにダニ退治（?）をしたらいいのでしょうか?
下のマットレスは何もできないとしても、掛け布団は例えば衣類乾燥機にかけても大丈夫なものでしょうか? アパートにある共用の衣類乾燥機を使っているので、掛け布団が入るかどうかも怪しいところですが。
布団を干す替わりの対策法として、皆さんはどのようなことをされていますでしょうか?
アドバイスいただけますと幸いです。

布団を洗いたいなら、ランドリーマットに行くと、大きな洗濯機があるので、(場所によって値段は違いますが）それで洗えるのでは?
あと、もし洗わないのなら、LysolのDisinfectant Sprayを買ってそれでスプレーしたら、いいとおもいますよ。
私はこれをベットにスプレーします。
でも一番いいのは、Steamerでキレイにするのがいいかもしれないですね。。。。。
がんばってください。
あと、かまれたところにはTea Tree Oilを塗るといいですよ。

はその名のとおりDisinfectantなので虫は殺さないでしょ。
それに、匂いがきついと思う。
ふとんは＃２さんのおっしゃるようにランドリーマットに行って
大きな洗濯機、乾燥機で洗うのが一番良いと思います。
もし、すぐに洗いに行けないなら、スチームアイロンで
布団の裏表スチームしてみたら?

乾燥機に入れて、熱で殺しましょう～！
フェザーなので、カバーは洗えても、布団だけは自分では洗えないので
時々、かけ布団を乾燥機で乾かしています。
ふんわりになって、ダニ退治で一石二鳥です。
