今年の夏にプラクヒカルF-1ビザが切れてしまうので、H1-Bを取りたいんですが、どなたかいいImmigration Lawyerを知りませんか?ここはだめだという情報もできれば教えてください。

いい紹介だと思うので、実際に名前乗せちゃいます。ライトハウスなんかでもよくでてますが、ケビン・レヴィン法律事務所はよかったですよ。すごく親切な対応をしてくれて、適切な処置もしてもらえました。場所的に混みやすいところなので交通的にはあまりよくないですが、信頼を第一に置くなら絶対にお薦めです。

Rです。紹介やアドバイスありがとうございます。やはり高額な費用を払って頼むわけですから、信頼できる弁護士が第一ですよね。私の周りには帰国した人や在学中の人が多いので、皆さんの意見を聞けるのは助かります。ありがとうございます。

アメリカ人（ユダヤ系ならなおいい）の弁護士がいい。特定の弁護士について批判的なことを書くと削除されるみたいだからかかないけど、日系は総じて高いし、サービスもよくない。H1Bの申請は簡単だった。卒業証明、成績証明、パスポートのコピーを送っただけ。日系の弁護士には会社のTAX RETURNの書類を用意するとか、10項目くらい要求されたけれど、私のアメ人弁護士はこのへん全部やってくれました。

なんか、日本人や、日系人より、immigration 関係は、アメ人のほうが良いみたいよ。 日系人とかの方が、高いらしいし。片っ端らから電話してみて、印象で決めたら？？？
