こんいちは。
カリフォルニアビジネスライセンスの取り消し方法を何方かご存知でしたら教えて下さい。
ビジネスライセンスといっても自宅ネット販売で日本へ卸していた簡単なビジネスです。
商品を卸値で買うために、8年ほど前に取得しました。
現在は他の仕事で忙しくなってしまった為、殆ど利用価値が無くなり、毎年のタックスリターンだけきっちりとやっている状態です。
クローズしおようと思いウェブサイトで見たのですが色々な起業タイプによって異なるようで、あまりよく解りません。
それと、タックスサティフィケートの黄色い紙が5年前を最後に届いていません。
本当は毎年更新して更新料を払うものなのでしょうか？
知らない間に更新料が発生していて、クローズの時に纏めて請求されるという事もあるのでしょうか？
何方か詳しい方、解りやすく教えて下さい。

一般的にビジネスライセンスまたはパミットと言うと色んなものがありますが、卸値で買うためのと言うことですので、seller's permit (resale certificate)の事ですよね？
であればBOE(board of equalization)のフォーム65を提出すればパミットをキャンセル（アカウントをクローズ）できますよ。今は移管され違う部署のフォーム名になってるらしいですが、BOE form 65で検索すればpdfのフォームが入手できると思います。
その際にfinal sales tax returnを済ませ、sales tax dueを納めている必要がありますが。。

新しいフォーム名はcdtfa65です。
BOEからCalifornia Department of Tax and Fee Administrationという新しいagencyに移管されています
